How do I upload my passport?
A copy of the photopages of your passport is required by Customs and Regulatory Authorities.
- There are two sections to complete:

2. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport

To securely upload your passport to Customs and Regulatory Authorites
Click "Choose File" to upload
* Please adhere strictly to how to upload your passport as listed in this picture and upload page
If you are unable to resize your image, please email us and our team will assist
When you securely upload the photopages of your passport, please ensure as follows:
It is a colour copy (black & white is not accepted by Customs)
The copy does NOT include fingers or thumbs
The copy has NO reflections
It includes the main photopage and the opposite page as one image
All four corners MUST be visible and as flat as possible
Enter your name exactly how it appears on your passport here
This information can be found on the photopages of your passport
